SchoolsOut Safety Access

Safety should not depend on a school’s budget.

SchoolsOut is a premium commercial child-logistics platform. Eligible high-need institutions can receive the same core safety technology through a fully sponsored license.

A child walks toward their waiting parent while a staff member calmly supervises the handover outside school.
The moment that matters: the right child reaching the right person.

One product. Three ways to fund access.

The funding changes. The core safety platform does not.

Commercial subscriptions sustain the product. Safety Access enables qualified institutions to use its core child-safety capabilities without paying SchoolsOut directly.

01

Commercial

The institution purchases SchoolsOut and funds its own deployment.

02

SchoolsOut sponsored

SchoolsOut funds an approved institution through an available Safety Access cohort.

03

Partner sponsored

An approved company, foundation, public body or other partner funds access for verified institutions.

Respectful verification

Evidence, not a hardship performance

Where a government or recognized authority already identifies disadvantage, Safety Access begins with that objective evidence. Where it does not, institutions may provide recognized documentation or request manual review.

Schools are not asked to publish painful stories or use children’s circumstances as marketing. Capacity may be organized in cohorts, and eligibility does not guarantee immediate placement.

Country pathways built on evidence that already exists

Each pathway explains what can support review, what does not guarantee approval and which official source is checked.

A firm privacy boundary

Sponsors fund access. They do not receive student information.

Sponsors may receive verified aggregate reporting such as participating institutions, children covered and adoption. They never receive private child data, parent data, individual movement history or protected education records.

Straight answers

Questions institutions and sponsors ask

Is Safety Access a reduced version of SchoolsOut?

No. Sponsored institutions receive the same core child-safety platform. Bespoke integrations, unusual migrations, dedicated enterprise service levels, specialized hardware and extensive professional services may sit outside the sponsored core.

Does a school have to prove financial hardship?

We prefer objective institutional evidence such as an official designation or recognized public record. Where those mechanisms do not exist, a school can provide documentation or request a respectful manual review. We do not ask schools to write humiliating hardship essays.

How long does sponsored access last?

Approval will identify the sponsorship period and review point. Continued access depends on program capacity, verification, active use and the institution’s circumstances at renewal.

Can a school purchase SchoolsOut instead?

Yes. Institutions that want a commercial deployment can book a demo at any time. Commercial subscriptions help fund continued product development and the Safety Access program.
