Information submitted through forms

Commercial demo and pilot requests collect a work email, organization, country, organization type and an optional description of the workflow to discuss.

Safety Access forms may also collect a contact name, official institution identifier, region, eligibility basis, estimated student population, desired deployment scope or sponsorship interests. Do not submit child names, parent information, individual movement records or other child-level evidence through these forms.

Attribution information

A request may include the source page, first landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, market and locale. SchoolsOut uses this information to route the request and understand which content led to the inquiry.

How information is used

SchoolsOut uses form information to respond, assess product or program fit, verify an institution where relevant, discuss sponsorship and measure qualified inbound demand. Submitting a request does not opt you into an unrelated mailing list.

Safety Access and sponsor privacy

Safety Access sponsors may receive verified aggregate reporting, such as institutions supported, children covered and adoption. Sponsors do not receive private child data, parent data, individual movement history, pickup records or protected education information.

Service providers and retention

Authorized hosting and communications providers may process information for SchoolsOut under appropriate access controls. Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain an appropriate business or program record, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
