Coordinate transport and changing family plans
Some learners arrive from school, leave with a car share or use center-arranged transport. Location visibility and notifications can help, but vehicle arrival is not the same as child release.
Define each transfer: school to center, center to driver and driver to guardian. A useful record distinguishes those events instead of treating a moving map marker as proof of handover.
