Practical questions
Before an institution applies
Is a high Equity Index enough for automatic approval?
No. It is strong official evidence, but institution identity, workflow fit and available program capacity are also reviewed.
Can a kura apply?
Yes. The pathway is available to legitimate eligible schools and kura, with terminology and implementation agreed respectfully.
